Just Women’s Sports is seeking a Director of Audience Growth who will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies and tactics across Just Women’s Sports’ owned channels—social, web, audio and newsletter.

What you'll do

Growth At Scale:

  • Build and execute comprehensive strategies around audience acquisition, engagement, and retention across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube), web, and newsletter
  • Implement thoughtful and dynamic cross-functional growth strategies and tactics that propel the growth of the Just Women’s Sports fan base
  • Develop and own partnerships that can aid growth goals
  • Contribute a growth perspective to all company initiatives
  • Manage SEO strategy and execution

Cross-Department Growth Alignment:

  • Collaborate crossfunctionaly with social, editorial, production, sales, and marketing teams to align growth strategies and execution tactics within their workflows and workloads
  • Propose and facilitate adjustments across all departments to ensure all efforts can lift growth performance

Growth Analytics:

  • Define and manage growth KPIs
  • Design and maintain a process for tracking and measuring growth and reporting
  • Own growth metrics across all channels and departments and communicate valuable insights and learnings across the organization

Innovation & Iteration:

  • Research and test new growth opportunities, owning testing execution, analysis, and possible scaling of the best opportunities
  • Remain up-to-date on all digital, social and industry trends and adjust growth strategies accordingly
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all social platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook

Who you are

  • 6+ years in a similar role/managing digital growth
  • Track record of successfully growing social, web, and newsletter (with an emphasis on social)
  • A self-starter who has experience in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and thrives with a hyper-growth roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Deep understanding of metrics, and how to track, report, and action on them;
  • Strong experience in using UTM tracking
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Fluency in social platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook.
  • Love of analytics and using data to drive growth
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally
  • You are a team player, results-driven and detail-oriented
