Just Women’s Sports is looking for a Director of People who will be responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources and Talent, including recruiting and retention, benefits, onboarding, performance management, career progression, end of year reviews, compliance, and all other HR strategy and operations. This person should be a generalist — part recruiter, part HR business manager, part employee comms director, part diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) lead, and part HR ops and benefits administrator.
The Director of People is a critical position that will play a key role in driving the next phase of growth at Just Women’s Sports.
