Just Women’s Sports is looking for a Product Manager to lead the company’s product development. We are looking for someone who is a multi-disciplined, cross-functional manager that will help lead the definition, execution, launch, and evolution of products. Product at JWS includes the website and future technology channels, and can extend to content channels at times.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the overall product strategy for the company and define roadmaps with light guidance 
  • Present and communicate product plans, status and recaps across the organization, keeping all key stakeholders up to date and securing their buy in
  • Propose product roadmaps based on audience research, shared KPIs, and company initiatives
  • Clearly define product requirements and communicate effectively with engineering and design team (outsourced or internal)
  • Manage other assigned areas as required in support of producing the best possible user experience
  • Manage the ongoing development of the website, making sure it supports sales and contents needs including the ad platform
  • Set the bar for best-in-class experimentation processes and evangelize these processes across the company
  • Track and manage performance of all products in their focus area(s)
  • Work with the sales, content, and design teams to execute the product work needed for key partnership deals

  • Strong consumer insights and communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to turn qualitative and quantitative info into product recommendations
  • Previous experience developing for web and mobile apps
  • High energy and capable of multi-tasking and context-switching with ease, in a fast-paced and ever-evolving organization
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, working with teams across the company
  • Previous experience working closely with designers and engineers
  • Solid web technology understanding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong domain knowledge in optimizing overall content, landing pages, and navigational structure for SEO
