Just Women’s Sports is hiring a Social Partnerships Manager to join our team full-time. This role is integral to Just Women’s Sports’ continued success and growth in social media and helping monetize our one of a kind consumer base. General knowledge and passion for sports is required. Experience working in social media for a team, league, or brand is strongly preferred. In a world where women’s sports have been perennially underfunded, under-promoted, and underappreciated, Just Women’s Sports exists to shine a light on the stories, athletes and moments that define and fuel the women’s game. From jaw-dropping performances to off-court fits, we bring fans everything they need to see and know in the world of women’s sports.

What you'll do

  • Ideate multi-platform digital content that is aligned with JWS’s tone and mission for sales org to take to market
  • Assist in scheduling and posting all sold social content across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of all assets and attribution of paid partnerships. 
  • Work closely with sales to meet internal and external client needs
  • Balance organic growth needs and sales needs to ensure content strategy across all channels is cohesive 
  • Assist in executing tentpole content initiatives
  • Meticulously proofreading and copy checking any sold content being distributed on JWS socials.
  • Write copy, manage asset creation and create rollout plan for sold content to be approved by partners 

Who you are

  • At least 2+ years of professionally managing and posting on multiple social media accounts for a team, brand, or league
  • Experience managing sold deliverables and branded content campaigns
  • Understand proper asset sizing per platform
  • A keen awareness of the JWS voice and mission
  • You work quickly but efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a small but mighty team
  • Detail-oriented. Amazing proofreader who always checks their work
  • Flexible in adapting to changing timelines and deliverables
  • Experience with video editing software like Premiere and After Effects
  • Intermediate Photoshop experience; design background a plus
  • Understand that sports happens at unique times, including nights and weekends
