There have been questions about their status after Heath returned to the U.S. to rehab a knee injury and a number of USWNT players left the WSL to return to the NWSL, including Sam Mewis, Rose Lavelle and Alex Morgan.
Press played in 17 games for Manchester United and scored four goals, while Heath notched four goals in 11 appearances. Racing Louisville FC currently owns the rights to each player, but neither has signed a contract with the club.
Press and Heath were both named to the U.S. Olympic team Wednesday, with Heath expected to return from her injury in time for group play late next month.
