North Carolina A&T’s Cambrea Sturgis made history on Saturday, sweeping the 100 and 200 meters at the NCAA track and field championships.

Sturgis posted the fastest NCAA all-weather time in the 100, clocking a win-aided, record-breaking 10.74 seconds.

In the 200, Sturgis surged past the competition, running a personal best 22.12 seconds.

Sturgis will next compete in the U.S Olympic trials in Eugene later this month.
