Naz Hillmon is hitting the big screen, with Big Ten Network set to feature the Michigan senior forward in “The B1G Story: Naz Hillmon.”

The B1G Story is a docuseries that follows some of the Big Ten’s most prolific athletes and coaches. Hillmon is one of the best players in women’s college basketball, coming off of a season in which she was named 2021 Big Ten Player of the Year and previously setting the Michigan scoring record with a 50-point game. At the time, she was just the second Big Ten women’s player to reach the mark (Michigan State’s Nia Clouden recently became the third).

Through 12 games this season, Hillmon is tied for 17th in the nation in scoring with 20.2 points per game. She’s also averaging 8.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game for the 11-1 Wolverines.

The docuseries episode, in addition to highlighting her performances on the court, will take a deeper look at Hillmon’s life off the court and the impact basketball has had on the Hillmon family.

The episode will air on Big Ten Network at 11 p.m. ET on Jan. 4, immediately following Michigan’s game against Nebraska.
