Dawn Staley is the definition of a basketball icon. As a player, she won three Olympic gold medals and was voted one of the 15 greatest players in WNBA history. As a coach, she won another gold medal leading Team USA in Tokyo, and in 2017, she led South Carolina to the program’s first-ever national championship. Staley was inducted into the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2012 and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2013.
