NWSL
Bio: The Chicago Red Stars was founded in 2009 and played in the Women’s Professional Soccer League before leaving and competing in both the Women’s Premier Soccer League and the Women’s Premier Soccer League Elite. In 2012, the Chicago Red Stars was one of the first teams to found the NWSL. The team plays their home games at the SeatGeek Stadium. From 2015 to 2019, the Red Stars have qualified for the NWSL Playoffs, becoming the first and only team to do so for five consecutive years.
