Bio: Born in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, Gorecki led the team at William Fremd High School to three straight MSL titles and four MSL West Championships. Gorecki was named Illinois Miss Basketball, Gatorade Illinois Player of the Year and Chicago Sun-Times Player of the Year in 2014-2015. While attending Duke University, Gorecki established herself on the national scene as a redshirt sophomore. She became the first Blue Devil to lead the team in points, rebounds and assists as a junior. Gorecki was named First Team All-ACC, All-ACC Defensive Team, and was one of five finalists for the Ann Meyers Drysdale Award as the top shooting guard in the nation. Gorecki was drafted 31st overall by the Seattle Storm in the 2020 WNBA Draft.
