Nurse got the Canadians on the board first and now has the most points ever in a single women’s Olympics with 18, passing hall of famer Hayley Wickenheiser. She also earned an assist, bringing her Olympics total to 13, another record.

She is also the first Black player to win an Olympic gold medal in women’s hockey.
Canadian captain Poulin scored twice in the win, marking four-straight gold-medal games in which she has scored. As a result, she’s the only player – male or female – to score in four Olympic gold medal games.
