The runner finished in a time of 55.18 seconds to set a new world record. Yuliia Shuliar of the Ukraine took home silver while Jardenia Felix Barbosa of Brazil claimed bronze.
With the win, Clark is now a double Paralympic and world champion.
And another record could await the star American skier.
Shiffrin came up short again this weekend.
The gymnast has competed in the last two Summer Games.
