The U.S. defeated Australia 70-52 in the championship game on Sunday to claim the title. Iowa sophomore Caitlin Clark capped an impressive tournament with nine points, eight rebounds and eight assists in the final, earning her tournament MVP honors.

Hungary, which hosted the tournament, finished third and made its first-ever podium.
The U.S. took home the trophy in dominant fashion, going 7-0 during the tournament and winning their games by an average margin of 47 points. It’s the ninth title for USA Basketball in the event and their first since 2019 in Bangkok.
