In the game, Aliyah Boston tied Sylvia Fowles’ SEC double-double record with 19-straight double-doubles in the regular season. The Gamecocks won the game 67-53 over the Lady Vols.
As part of the day, ESPN also hosted a special women’s college basketball edition of “College GameDay” from Columbia, South Carolina. Elle Duncan, Rebecca Lobo, Carolyn Peck, Holly Rowe and Andraya Carter hosted the hour-long pregame show, beginning at 12 p.m. ET on ESPN. The show drew an audience of nearly 400,000 viewers on the network.
