The 2023 WNBA playoffs are nearing the pinnacle, with the Las Vegas Aces advancing to the WNBA Finals. Who will take home the WNBA championship?
The Aces locked down the No. 1 seed for the second consecutive season and dominated the Chicago Sky in the first round to begin their title defense. Now they have swept the Dallas Wings in the WNBA semifinals, and they’ll face the New York Liberty or Connecticut Sun in the championship round.
The Aces are looking to become the first team to win back-to-back titles since the Los Angeles Sparks in 2001 and 2002. But the Liberty could disrupt their plans, having entered the playoffs with a 3-2 advantage in the season series against Las Vegas. Both teams entered the playoffs as clear favorites to reach the WNBA Finals.
