Angel City FC has revealed the club’s official away kit, debuting the colorful “Daylight” jersey for their inaugural season in the NWSL.
The Los Angeles club will don the jersey for the first time during their match at San Diego Wave FC on Saturday at 3 p.m. ET.
The primarily white kit, with black and sol rosa palm details, was created by art director and graphic designer Matthew Wolff.
Made by Nike with sustainable, 100 percent-recycled polyester fibers, the kit prominently features the club’s sponsors: DoorDash across the front, Sprouts Farmers Market emblazoned on the back shoulders and Birdies placed on the right sleeve.
ACFC will allocate over $2 million from jersey sales into the community, in collaboration with the club’s jersey partners. Funds from the kit will also benefit retired players through the Angel City Player 22 Future Program. The initiative allots 10 percent of sales from the No. 22 kit to the program, which offers pathways for former NWSL players interested in continuing a career in the sports industry.
The ACFC away jerseys are available now for pre-order at AngelCity.com.
