The game came down to a single possession, with Baylor’s Sarah Andrews missing a last-second three-pointer to secure Maryland the narrow victory.
Angel Reese added to Owusu’s effort, notching 17 points and nine rebounds, while Chloe Bibby recorded 16 points and five rebounds.

Baylor’s NaLyssa Smith drained 30 points, with 15 rebounds for a double-double, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Maryland down the stretch.
