Athletes Get Creative Under Lockdown

Huge chunks of the world’s population are now living under government-mandated lockdowns. It’s a bleak time, and near the top of almost everyone’s to-do list is to find new ways to stay sane and connected during this period of widespread isolation. This includes athletes, who have to not only re-invent their day-to-day routines, but also their dedicated training routines. Thanks to social media, we all get a peak into how their adjusting:
