The French golfer finished 14-under with a birdie on her final hole, holding off Brooke M. Henderson, Jin Young Ko, and Inbee Park for the one-shot lead.
Three back-to-back birdies in her first nine holes propelled Boutier to the top of the leaderboard on Sunday, hitting a final-round 63 to lock up the ShopRite trophy.
“I think I am still not realizing it yet,” said Boutier after the win, adding, “I am just over the moon.”
Her victory in New Jersey marks Boutier’s first career win in the United States.
