The Chicago Sky have announced a partnership with GoodSport as an official hydration partner of the Chicago Sky.

GoodSport is a start-up based in Chicago, aiming to shake up the sports drink landscape by using innovation to create a natural sports drink made from milk. Backed by science, the drink is set to provide “superior hydration.”

Scientific studies have shown how milk hydrates better than traditional sports drinks and water, but the consistency and protein content made it difficult to digest, creating a barrier for athletes. GoodSport, with their patent-pending formula and process, provide the hydration benefits of milk in a clear and refreshing beverage.

According to a scientific study published in the Journal Nutrients, GoodSport continues to hydrate two hours following consumption.

Currently, the drink is available in four flavors: Lemon Lime, Fruit Punch, Wild Berry and Citrus.

“GoodSport is proud to support the Chicago Sky, its athletes and fans. We are especially excited for the team as they start their play-off run. This is their year!” said GoodSport founder and CEO Michelle McBride.

The Sky will meet the Dallas Wings in the first round of the WNBA playoffs on Thursday at 8 p.m. ET.
