Jamie Chadwick continued her perfect start to the 2022 W Series season, claiming her sixth straight win Saturday at Silverstone.
The two-time reigning champion completed a start-to-finish victory, finishing in front of Emma Kimiläinen in second and Abbi Pulling in third. Pulling overtook Kimiläinen in the final lap after the two made contact but Kimiläinen raced back to second in a thrilling finish ahead of Formula One’s British Grand Prix.

Chadwick’s podium lifts her points total to 100 for the year, with Pulling 47 points back in the race for the driver’s championship.
“It feels really good to win here and that’s a monkey off my back having not won a W Series race in Britain before today,” said Chadwick after the race. “I’m super happy with that drive. I got a bit nervy with the rain at one point but managed to maintain a good gap to the guys fighting behind me which was nice. I was really hungry coming into this weekend as this is the race all of the British drivers want to win, so it means a hell of a lot.”
The W Series moves on to France, with the drivers next facing off in Le Castellet on July 22.
