Kelsey Plum’s WNBA All-Star debut was one for the records books as the Las Vegas Aces star claimed MVP honors.
The 27-year-old notched 30 points in Sunday’s game, tying Maya Moore for the most points scored in the WNBA All-Star Game.
Shooting 66.7 percent from the field and 5-for-11 from beyond the arc, Plum led Team Wilson to a 134-112 victory over Team Stewart.

After the game, Plum said she had to “redeem” herself after coming last in Saturday’s 3-point contest. “I’m not a rack shooter,” she said.
Sabrina Ionescu and Candace Parker added to Team Wilson’s tally, recording 19 and 15 points, respectively. The team, captained by A’ja Wilson and Sylvia Fowles, outshot Team Stewart, captained by Breanna Stewart and Sue Bird, 53.1 percent to 42.9 percent from the field.
Plum adds her All-Star MVP trophy to her Sixth Woman of the Year award from the 2021 season.
