UConn’s Paige Bueckers gained the second-most Instagram followers of any player in the men’s and women’s NCAA basketball tournaments, according to Front Office Sports.
St. Peter’s guard Doug Edert gained more than any other player. The face of the upstart Peacocks saw his account jump by 158,000 followers during March Madness. Bueckers’ account gained 36,700 followers, which pushed her across the 1 million mark.

Louisville’s Hailey Van Lith came in third among basketball players in the NCAA tournaments. She added 33,800 followers.
Buckers’ UConn teammate Azzi Fudd gained the fifth-most Instagram followers, and now has more than 200,000.
