League commissioner Lisa Baird announced the location for the title bout on Sunday during halftime of the Orlando Pride’s match against the Houston Dash. The final will kick off at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 20.
Providence Park will play host to the top two teams coming out of the NWSL playoffs. At present, the Thorns hold a three point lead over North Carolina following the Courage’s draw with Kansas City.
It’s the third title game to be played in Providence Park this season following the Challenge Cup Final and the International Champions Cup. Portland won both of those title games.
