Dunn, who was named the Concacaf Player of the Year for 2021, announced her pregnancy in November 2021. She has been a member of the USWNT since 2013 and a member of the Portland Thorns since 2020.
Soubrier is the head athletic trainer for the Thorns. The two met when Dunn was playing for the Washington Spirit and were married in 2018.
She is not the only USWNT player to become a member of the mom club this year. Both Allie Long and Julie Ertz announced their respective pregnancies in April of this year.
