The WNBA released its Most Popular Jerseys and Team Merchandise lists, with Sabrina Ionescu leading the way for individual jerseys and the Seattle Storm selling the most merchandise.
The WNBA released new uniforms ahead of its 25th anniversary season, with an additional game uniform and a new Nike HER Edition Uniforms added to the lineup. As a result, WNBA merchandise on WNBAStore.com saw record sales, up 50 percent over last season.
Sue Bird (No. 2), Diana Taurasi (No. 3), A’ja Wilson (No. 4) and Breanna Stewart (No. 5) rounded out the top five most popular jerseys.
For the second consecutive season, the Storm topped the team merchandise list. They were followed by the New York Liberty (No. 2), the Las Vegas Aces (No. 3), the Phoenix Mercury (No. 4) and the Chicago Sky (No. 5).
The Sky returned to the team merchandise rankings for the first time since 2016.
The best-selling item on the website for the second consecutive season is the Orange WNBA Logo Hoodie.
The WNBA playoffs begin Thursday, with the Dallas Wings facing the Sky at 8 p.m. ET and the Liberty taking on the Mercury at 10 p.m. ET.
