Sam Kerr returned to her scoring ways Sunday, notching two goals in Chelsea’s 4-0 thumping of Everton.

Fran Kirby struck first in the game’s 25th minute, cutting around her defender before looping the ball into the far post to put Chelsea up 1-0.

Kerr added to the Blues’ lead in the opening minutes of the second half, pouncing on a costly defensive mistake from Everton.

Chelsea’s next goal came in the 74th minute, with Guro Reiten finding the head of Kerr to extend their lead to 3-0.

Four minutes later, Beth England tapped in a deflected shot from Erin Cuthbert, notching Chelsea’s fourth and final goal of the game.

Chelsea’s emphatic victory comes after a 3-2 opening loss to Arsenal in Emirates stadium.

Next up: The Blues will take on Manchester United on Sept. 26 following the international break.
