The stars shine bright in St. Louis.
Or, at least, the hockey stars do. The Professional Women’s Hockey Players Association (PWHPA) announced Thursday the star-studded rosters for the next stop on the 2021 Secret® Dream Gap Tour showcase April 11-12.
Team adidas (Minnesota) features the likes of Olympic gold medalists Kendall Coyne Schofield and Hilary Knight, while Team Women’s Sports Foundation (New Hampshire) features international standout Jincy Dunne and Olympic gold medalist Alex Cavallini.
Team adidas has won three out of four showcase games during stops in Chicago and New York earlier this year, including the first ever women’s professional hockey game at Madison Square Garden. This is the last U.S.-based match-up before PWHPA athletes head to camps to get ready for the IIHF World Women’s Championship in May.
NBC Sports will play Monday’s game live at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN with Kate Scott and Olympic gold medalist AJ Mleczko getting the call.
