Tianna Hawkins ascended to the top of the Athletes Unlimited leaderboard, setting two single-game scoring records during the Week 2 competition.
First, Hawkins notched an impressive 38 points in Team Brown’s 98-85 defeat of Team Russell Friday night.
“I was definitely feeling it, my teammates did a good job of finding me in transition, on the pops, the rolls – if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have 38,” said Hawkins of her MVP 1 performance.

The forward then outdid herself Saturday night, recording 46 points, shooting 20-of-27 from the field, and pulling down ten boards to claim her second MVP 1 honors of the week. Hawkins’s new season-high lifted Team Brown to a 97-84 victory over Team Cloud, earning the squad an undefeated 3-0 record for Week 2.
“It’s just having the hot hand and my teammates did a good job of feeding me the ball both tonight and last night,” said Hawkins of the record-breaking performance.

Hawkins now sits atop the Athletes Unlimited leaderboard with 2849 total points, securing her spot as captain of gold for Week 3. Lexi Brown, Natasha Cloud and Isabelle Harrison round out the top of the standings and will return as captains for Week 3 competition.
The Week 3 Draft will be held on Sunday, Feb. 6 at 3 p.m. ET.
