Tobin Heath’s first goal with OL Reign will be one to remember.
The star forward scored the game-winner in the 89th minute, five minutes after subbing onto the pitch Saturday. In true Heath fashion, the 34-year-old nutmegged the Angel City keeper to put OL Reign up 3-2.

Heath’s finish marks her first NWSL goal since 2019 after stints with Manchester United and Arsenal in the Women’s Super League. The veteran striker signed with OL Reign in June, with Racing Louisville trading Heath’s rights to the Seattle club.
“I think with Tobin (Heath), obviously, she has had such a great career,” said Sofia Huerta. “She knows how to win. She’s won at every level…we want people who want to win, so I think she’s a perfect fit (with OL Reign).
OL Reign’s thrilling win also featured an opening goal from Jess Fishlock before Huerta buried a banger to double the club’s tally.

“I thought tonight, we played some really good stuff,” said OL Reign head coach Laura Harvey. “They’ve got not only quality, and I think quality was the reason we shone through in the end, but we just never gave up.”
OL Reign now sits fourth in the NWSL standings, tied with the Chicago Red Stars with 20 points.
