The WPBL is headed into the final stretch, launching postseason ticket sales ahead of its September 9th playoffs at Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, Illinois.
Capping a 30-game regular-season schedule, all four clubs will advance to the playoff bracket. The top seed then faces the No. 4 seed while No. 2 takes on No. 3 in a best-of-three semifinals.
The two winners advance to a best-of-five Championship Series starting September 16th. The league will subsequently crown the country’s first pro women’s baseball champion since 1954.
