Team USA’s Solheim Cup roster is complete.
U.S. captain Pat Hurst has named Brittany Altomare, Mina Harigae and Yealimi Noh as her picks to join the nine automatic qualifiers who will face Team Europe next week in Toledo, Ohio.
Altomare will compete in her second Solheim Cup following her 2-1-1 performance at Gleneagles in 2019, while Harigae and Noh will make their Solheim Cup debuts.
Nelly Korda, Danielle Khang, Ally Ewing, Austin Ernst, Lexi Thompson, Jessica Korda and Meghan Khang qualified based on USA Solheim Cup team standings after the AIG Women’s Open wrapped up Sunday. Lizette Salas and Jennifer Kupcho qualified off of the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings.
Hurst also named Stacey Lewis as the third assistant captain for Team USA, joining Angela Stanford and Michelle Wie West.
Team USA holds a 10-6 edge over Team Europe all-time in Solheim Cup play, but Europe is coming off of a win at the most recent competition in 2019.
Play will begin Sept. 4 and run through Sept. 6 at Inverness Club.
