THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR (DEFINED BELOW) THAT GOVERN PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL VOID YOUR ENTRY. PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES IN FULL. AMONG OTHER PROVISIONS, THESE OFFICIAL RULES REQUIRE ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
 
1. Sweepstakes. Welcome to the Just Women’s Sports Tennis Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes, and no deposit, entry fee, or proof of purchase is necessary to participate. The Sweepstakes is based on the random selection of one successful Entry (defined below). Limit of one Entry per person. 

2. Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Just Women’s Sports, Inc. (“Sponsor”), who may be contacted by email at team@justwsports.com, or by mail at Just Women's Sports, 8605 Santa Monica Blvd, PMB 72622, West Hollywood, California 90069-4109.   

3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes shall commence at 12:00 PM ET on August 6, 2025 (“Start Date”) and conclude at 11:59 PM ET on August 18, 2025 (“End Date”). The period from the Start Date to the End Date shall be known as the “Sweepstakes Period”. 

4. Acceptance of Rules and Terms. By submitting an Entry, each Participant (defined below) agrees that he or she has reviewed and accepts these Official Rules (“Rules”) and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Each Participant agrees to abide by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Each Participant acknowledges and accepts that their email address will be subscribed to receive marketing communications from or on behalf of Just Women’s Sports.

In addition to compliance with these Rules, Participants must also comply with the Instagram Terms of Use (avail. here) and Facebook Terms of Use (avail. here) if they use either platform to submit an Entry. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or their owner, Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”). To participate, you must complete an entry form on Instagram or Facebook or on the Sweepstakes landing page (the “Sweepstakes Website”), as described in more detail in Section 6. In either case, you are submitting your information to Sponsor, and not to Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
 
An email address is required to enter the Sweepstakes. Should multiple users of the same email address enter the Sweepstakes, and a dispute arises thereafter regarding the identity of the Participant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry (defined below), at time of submission, will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the email address by the applicable email service provider. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. If you participate via your mobile phone, such activity will be subject to the charges pursuant to your wireless service provider’s rate plan. Please consult your wireless service provider for more information.
 
5. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open only to (i) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, (ii) who are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater), (iii) who have an email address, (iv) who agree to fully abide by these Rules, and (v) who are available to travel to and attend the Event (defined below) if selected as the winner. The officers, directors and employees of Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotional and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (grandparent, parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) of, and/or persons living in the same household as, such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Each eligible individual participating in the Sweepstakes is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant”.

6. How to Enter. Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using Facebook or Instagram (such an Entry being a “Social Media Entry”) or on the Sweepstakes Website (such an Entry being a “Website Entry”). Both entry methods are described below:

• Social Media Entry. At the start of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will publish a post on its Facebook and Instagram accounts (@justwomenssports) announcing the Sweepstakes and including an option to complete an entry on the relevant platform (the “Sweepstakes Post”). To enter, visit Sponsor’s Facebook or Instagram page,click on the relevant portion of the Facebook or Instagram post to access the entry form, and then complete and submit the entry form.
• Website Entry. On August 6, 2025, Sponsor will circulate an edition of the Just Women Sports newsletter (the “Newsletter”) to subscribers that includes a link to the Sweepstakes Website. To enter, click the link in the Newsletter and then complete and submit the entry form on the Sweepstakes Website. To utilize this entry method you must have subscribed to the Newsletter by August 5,  2025, which can be done for free by submitting your email address where indicated at https://justwomenssports.com/newsletter/.

Regardless of entry method, Participants will be required to submit certain personal information, including an email address. An entry form submitted via one of the two methods above shall be an “Entry.”
 
Limit: One Entry per person. Participants are entered into the Sweepstakes when Sponsor timely receives the Participant’s Entry. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message Entries are permitted. Any attempt by a Participant to misrepresent itself through the use of aliases or multiple accounts will disqualify that Participant. Participants who do not abide by these Rules will not be eligible to participate or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
 
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable Entries, whether due to system errors, technical malfunctions, human error, or any other reason. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or do not comply with these Rules will be disqualified and will not be eligible to win. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will be void. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All Entries become the property of Sponsor.
 
7. Prize. The winner of the Sweepstakes will receive the following prize (the “Prize”): Two (2) grounds day admission passes to the 2025 US Open on August 24, 2025, in Flushing, NY (the “Event”). Approximate retail value of both passes combined (“ARV”): $518.

Any and all expenses and costs not expressly included as part of the Prize in these Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and/or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. Without limiting the preceding sentence, the winner and guest are responsible for making and paying for all travel, lodging, and related arrangements necessary to use the Prize, including airfare or other transportation, lodging, and obtaining all required identification, travel documents, and insurance (collectively, “Travel Arrangements”). Sponsor will not make or cover the cost of any Travel Arrangements, and Sponsor shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any failure by the winner or guest to make the necessary Travel Arrangements or to do so in a timely manner or for any errors of winner or guest in connection with their Travel Arrangements.
 
The Event is currently scheduled to be held on August 24, 2025, at Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, New York. Sponsor shall have no liability to winner or guest if the Event is changed, canceled, or postponed, even if such developments render any existing Travel Arrangements inconvenient, impractical or unusable or result in the winner’s or guest’s inability to enjoy some or all of the Prize. Further, Sponsor shall have no liability to winner or guest for any other changes, cancellations, delays, inconveniences, or other developments arising in connection with their use and enjoyment of the Prize, including any travel or travel-related activities. Without limiting the preceding sentence, Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, postponements, over-booking, delays, diversions, substitutions, lost or delayed baggage, missed connections, changes in itinerary, acts or omissions of carriers, lodging providers or other third parties, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s control. Under no circumstances shall Sponsor have any obligation to provide any substitute prize, compensation, or reimbursement for any Travel Arrangements made by the winner or guest.
 
Winner’s guest must be above the age of majority in his or her place of residence as of the date of the Winner Notification (defined below), unless winner is the parent or legal guardian of the guest. Winner and guest may be required to sign a release before traveling. Winner and guest are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and/or local laws, rules and regulations in connection with the receipt and use of the Prize. Failure to do so, or any behavior that Sponsor deems to be inappropriate or to reflect negatively upon Sponsor, may result in the forfeiture or early termination of the Prize, all in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
 
Although Sponsor shall have no obligation to do so, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value in the event the Prize or a portion thereof becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash alternative or other Prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize or portion of the Prize. The awarding of the Prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Rules. 
 
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY TO PRIZE. PLEASE REVIEW TICKETS AND ANY ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS FOR DETAILS. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
 
8. Selection of Winner. After the end of the Sweepstakes, one Entry will be chosen from the pool of Participants at random as the potential winner of the Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be contacted via email (using the email address provided in the Entry) and given instructions on how to contact Sponsor to claim the Prize (the “Winner Notification”). Each Participant is responsible for monitoring his/her email inbox for notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other email settings or for potential winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The potential winner must claim the Prize according to Sponsor’s instructions within two (2) business days.  Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form and other documentation as Sponsor sees fit. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to collect the Prize or respond to the Prize notification email in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions, is ineligible, or fails to timely complete and return any documentation or information required by Sponsor, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion; provided, however, that Sponsor reserves the right not to seek an alternate potential winner.  If a potential winner fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Prize may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes. The purchase of any goods or services will not increase any Participant’s chances of winning. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes and the application of these Rules are final and binding in all respects. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
 
9. Publicity. By participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting the Prize, you agree to permit Sponsor and its agents and designees to use your name, city and state, voice, social media handle, statements, image and/or other likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, within Sponsor’s website and on Sponsor’s social media pages, in perpetuity, worldwide and without further or permission from, or notification to, you consideration (unless prohibited by law), and you further agree to execute any specific consent needed or requested by Sponsor or its designees in furtherance of such use. 

10. Release of Claims & Indemnity. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, principals, employees, agents, contractors or suppliers (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or related to your participation in the Sweepstakes or your acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, copyright, trademark, defamation or invasion of privacy.

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” You expressly waive and release any right or benefit which you have or may have under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, to the full extent that you may waive all such rights and benefits pertaining to the matters released here. In connection with such waiver and relinquishment, you acknowledge that you are aware that you may hereafter discover claims presently unknown or unsuspected, or facts in addition to or different from those which you now know or believe to be true, with respect to the matters released herein; nevertheless, it is your intention through this release to fully and finally and forever release all such matters and claims relative thereto, which do not exist, may exist or heretofore have existed between yourself and the Released Parties related to the Sweepstakes. The release herein given shall be and remain in effect as a full and complete release of such claims and matters notwithstanding the discovery or existence of any such additional or different claims or facts relative thereto.

11. Limitations of Liability/Representations and Warranties. The Sweepstakes is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Released Parties do not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Sweepstakes or the Prize, and are not responsible for any: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information or human errors, regardless of their source or cause; (2) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind, including without limitation, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (3) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses; (4) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; (5) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of the Prize; (6) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (7) late, lost, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, garbled, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete Entries or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, those that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, or the announcement of the potential winner; (9) conditions caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (10) for any cancellation, suspension or postponement of the Sweepstakes or any event related to the Sweepstakes, or any event of force majeure.

Without limiting the preceding paragraph, you agree that under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, indirect, statutory, or consequential damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES AND THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THE SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS IN THESE RULES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. General Conditions. By participating in the Sweepstakes, [a] you agree to be legally bound by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes, and [b] you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate, you did not submit any false or deceptive information in connection with your participation in the Sweepstakes, and you did not violate these Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permissible under law and in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof for any reason, including, without limitation, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control (including, without limitation, disease, epidemic, or pandemic, including the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and any related issues, concerns, or developments) impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes (including the use of the Prize) or otherwise prevents the Sweepstakes from running as planned, as determined by Sponsor.  If terminated, Sponsor may select a winner from all non-suspect Entries received prior to such event or otherwise proceed in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
 
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify (and refuse to accept or remove) any Participant that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems to be in violation of these Rules. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or who are otherwise in violation of these Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  

13. Governing Law/Jurisdiction. YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CONTROVERSIES, OR DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR ARISING OUT OF ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE RULES, OR THE PRIZE (“DISPUTES”) SHALL BE DECIDED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT NEITHER PARTY WILL HAVE, AND EACH HEREBY WAIVES, THE RIGHT TO HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY DECIDE SUCH DISPUTES, AND THAT NEITHER YOU NOR SPONSOR IS PERMITTED TO PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU AND WE WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE IN COURT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE OR WILL BE MORE LIMITED IN ARBITRATION, INCLUDING DISCOVERY AND APPEAL RIGHTS.
In an effort to avoid the expense of formal dispute resolution, you and Sponsor agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute through informal negotiation. Any Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be exclusively submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) (www.jamsadr.com) for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect (as modified by these Rules), before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties (a claim submitted to JAMS for arbitration being a “Demand for Arbitration”). The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards (the “Minimum Standards”) if it is determined by JAMS or the arbitrator that the Minimum Standards are applicable to the dispute. The Minimum Standards are available at www.jamsadr.com/consumer-minimum-standards. If you file a Demand for Arbitration that is one of fifty (50) or more similar Demands for Arbitration filed against Sponsor by parties represented by the same law firm or law firms acting in coordination (“Mass Arbitration”), the arbitration of your Dispute, and all other Disputes constituting the Mass Arbitration, shall be conducted in accordance with the JAMS Mass Arbitration Procedures and Guidelines, including the JAMS Mass Arbitration Fee Schedule (the “Mass Arbitration Procedures”). The Mass Arbitration Procedures are available at www.jamsadr.com/mass-arbitration-procedures.

The arbitrator, and not any court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute arising under or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Rules, including any claim that all or any part of these Rules is void or voidable, and you and Sponsor agree that the arbitrator shall have the exclusive power to rule on its own jurisdiction, including any objections with respect to the existence, scope, or validity of this Section 13 or the arbitrability of any Dispute or related claim or counterclaim; provided, however, that, in the event of a Mass Arbitration, any and all issues referenced in this sentence shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction. The award rendered by the arbitrator, if any, may be confirmed and enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Rules and your participation in the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any arbitration conducted pursuant to this Section 13 shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16).

14. Privacy Policy. Personal information provided by you in conjunction with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://justwomenssports.com/privacy-policy/.  

15. Winner List/Rules: To obtain any legally-required winner list (after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes) or a copy of these Rules, send a written request, enclosed with a self-addressed envelope with the proper postage affixed, to: Just Women’s Sports, Inc., Attn: Rachel Quon, 8605 Santa Monica Boulevard, PMB 72622, West Hollywood, CA 90069-4109 (VT residents may omit return postage). The request must be received within six months after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
