Bio: From St. Cloud, Florida, Ocasio played college softball at the University of Florida where she set the program record for combined shutouts over her career with 25. During her collegiate career, she was a two-time NFCA All-American selection and a finalist for the 2016 USA Softball Player of the Year award. Ocasio was a part of the Gators team that won the 2015 Women’s College World Series.

In 2018, Ocasio was drafted tenth overall by the Chicago Bandits in the NPF Draft. During her rookie season, she recorded an ERA of 1.27 across 22 innings. Ocasio announced her retirement from the Bandits in March of 2020 and just recently signed to play in Athletes Unlimited — a new professional softball league coming to Chicago in August of 2020. Ocasio also played for the Puerto Rican national team in 2015 and helped the team to win bronze at the 2015 Pan American Games.
