Allyson Felix and Jordan Larson were both named the Sportswomen of the Year by the Women’s Sports Foundation on Wednesday evening.

Both athletes won gold in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, with Felix surpassing Carl Lewis as the most decorated American in track and field history, amassing 11 Olympic medals. Larson captured gold with the U.S. women’s volleyball team, a redemptive run after finishing with a bronze medal in Rio in 2016.

Naomi Osaka was also honored with the Wilma Rudolph Courage Award during the ceremony, recognizing the tennis star’s work around social justice and mental health awareness.

“I got the courage just to speak out growing up and seeing all of the people around me doing amazing things,” Osaka said during the Women’s Sports Foundation event.

Sports greats including Billie Jean King, soccer legend Julie Foudy, women’s basketball coach Tara VanDerveer, and hockey star Meghan Duggan were all in attendance at the awards reception.
