Aliyah Boston exited Tuesday night's Fever vs Storm matchup with a right knee injury.
The Indiana center went down hard in the second quarter at Climate Pledge Arena. She collided with Flau'jae Johnson on a roll to the rim and crashed to the hardwood.
Aliyah Boston Tumble Results in Apparent Knee Injury
Boston caught the full impact on her right kneecap and stayed down for several minutes. Teammates and trainers helped her to her feet before she walked gingerly to the tunnel. Indiana listed her as questionable at the break with a "right lower leg" injury, and she subsequently sat on the bench after halftime but did not check back into the game.
Before the Aliyah Boston injury, the WNBA All-Star had tallied 11 points and two rebounds. She entered the night averaging 17.3 points and 8.5 rebounds per game.
Still, Indiana pulled away for a 105-95 victory. Caitlin Clark carried the load, finishing with 32 points and seven assists on 9-of-14 shooting. She alone accounted for 16 of the Fever's 18 third-quarter points.
The win pushed Indiana to 18-10 and four consecutive victories.
