Indiana enters riding momentum. The Fever's WNBA record sits at 17-10 after winning seven of its last nine. The team is currently atop the Eastern Conference, just one game ahead of the Atlanta Dream.
Seattle Storm & Indiana Fever Both Aim to Build on All-Star Momentum
The Fever is coming off a high note from All-Star weekend too, where Clark, Kelsey Mitchell, and Aliyah Boston all represented Indiana.
Mitchell led the way with a game-high 28 points while Clark added 17 points and five assists during the event's main draw. Now, the focus shifts back to the regular-season stretch. With 17 games remaining, every win matters in the playoff race.
The last meeting between the Storm and Fever went down to the wire. Clark posted a career-high 45 points to power Indiana past Seattle 110-107, but the Storm's young roster kept it close throughout.
Despite holding the league's worst record, Seattle also contributed players to the All-Star roster. Dominique Malonga made history as the youngest pro to dunk during the game. Meanwhile, Natisha Hiedeman and Flau'jae Johnson participated in Friday's 3-Point Contest and Shooting Stars Challenge.
