Curt Miller is staying humble despite his team’s impressive 10-3 start to the season.

The Connecticut Sun coach took to Twitter on Friday morning to relay an interaction he had with a Mohegan Sun Arena security guard in which the guard did not recognize Miller.

“Are you coming to the basketball game tonight?” the guard asked Miller. “Should be a good matchup.”

The Connecticut Sun will host the Chicago Sky on Friday night for the first time since the teams’ heated WNBA semifinals run-in last year.

Chicago enters the matchup with a 7-4 record, with the Sky coming into their own as the season gets underway.

Both teams’ offenses are firing on all cylinders, as Connecticut averages 87.7 points per game on the season, the second-best in the WNBA, and Chicago averages a fourth-best 81.7 points per game.

Tip-off at the Mohegan Sun Arena is set for 7 p.m. ET on Friday on Twitter.
