Ko led from the tournament’s opening round, preserving her top spot to finish -18 in New Jersey.
“This win is my tenth career win, so this is really special,” said Ko following Sunday’s victory, adding that she felt pressure to defend the Founders Cup title, winning the tournament in 2019 when it was held in Arizona.
Ko now joins Nelly Korda as the only golfers on the LPGA Tour with three wins this season.
