Manchester City also booked their ticket to the FA Cup quarterfinals, clinching a come-from-behind win over Manchester United.
United took the lead in the first half, with Katie Zelem scoring the lone goal of the opening 45 minutes.
A flurry of second-half goals, however, switched the momentum of the game in favor of Manchester City. The team’s equalizer came early in the second half with a cross from Haley Raso meeting Lauren Hemp, who found the back of the net to level the game.
