“In this point in the season, we’re really trying to get a playoff spot, and these next games matter,” said Denver’s Ayo Oke.
Two teams grappling with front-office upheaval also take the pitch tonight, with No. 11 Orlando parting ways with coach Seb Hines before Sporting Director Vlatko Andonovski departed No. 7 Kansas City.
In Saturday’s Top 5 clash, Golden Boot leader Ashley Sanchez looks to push No. 3 North Carolina past steady No. 5 San Diego — with both clubs tied at 39 points.
