Chicago notched three points in the NWSL standings with a wild win over Houston on Sunday night.
The Dash struck first in the game’s 62nd minute when Veronica Latsko one-timed a deflected ball at the top of the box to put Houston up 1-0.

In the 73rd minute, Chicago equalized off a Mallory Pugh free kick. The Red Stars striker launched a dangerous ball into a congested box, forcing a Houston Dash own goal to put the game at 1-1.

Less than five minutes later, the Dash committed yet another own goal to give Chicago a 2-1 lead. Katie Naughton, attempting to clear a floating cross from the Red Stars, unintentionally knocked the ball past Houston’s keeper, securing the win for Chicago.
