The WNBA is wrapping its biggest stats year yet. The league announced record viewership and attendance throughout its milestone 30th season.
More than 90 million viewers tuned in across national networks. 51 telecasts averaged at least 1 million viewers — up from 19 in 2025 — including the most-watched first-round playoffs in history.
Attendance hit a record 3.8 million fans at an average of 11,474 per game, up 21% over the prior high, with 212 sellouts led by Toronto’s single-game mark of 20,996 in Montréal.
The WNBA’s on-court record book also took a beating. Atlanta’s Angel Reese set season high stats in double-doubles (32) and rebounds (521), while Indiana’s Kelsey Mitchell set the single-season scoring record with 1,086 points.
