The Seattle Storm announced Thursday that tickets to the Aug. 7 farewell to Bird, who will retire at the end of the season, were out of stock.

Las Vegas will serve as the opponents for Bird’s last regular season stand, with the Storm currently 1.5 games back from the Aces.
The matchup marks the first pro basketball game sellout at Climate Pledge Arena, which can hold 18,100 fans. The contest expected to draw the largest crowd in Storm history, breaking the previous record of 17,072 set during the 2004 WNBA Finals.
Bird, who competed in 19 seasons for the Storm, will be honored by Seattle with a pregame ceremony.
The Aug. 7 game will air on ABC at noon ET.
