The United States advanced to the IIHF Women’s World Championship semifinals on Saturday, defeating Japan 10-2.

Hillary Knight passed hockey icon Cammi Granato for the American all-time points record during Saturday’s quarterfinal, assisting on Brianna Decker’s goal in the second. The play secured Knight her 79th point to surpass Granato.

Caroline Harvey was among those who scored in the squad’s offensive onslaught against Japan, notching her first career U.S. Women’s National Team goal.

The U.S. outshot Japan 62-12, resulting in the lopsided scoreline.

The U.S. Women’s National Team will play again in the tournament’s semifinals on Monday.
