Bio: Raised in Lorton, Virginia, Sullivan was ranked as the top college recruit by Top Drawer Soccer. She played soccer at Stanford University from 2014 to 2017 where she was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Year. During her senior year, she led the team to their second national championship and was awarded the Hermann Trophy for being the top female college soccer player.

Sullivan was selected as the number one overall draft pick by the Washington Spirit during the 2018 NWSL College Draft. She was named as a finalist for the 2018 NWSL Rookie of the Year award and finished second behind winner, Imani Dorsey. Sullivan has represented the United States at the une-15, under-17, under-20 and under-23 levels. She was first called up to the USWNT in 2016 and was on the roster when the team won the 2018 and 2020 SheBelieves Cup.
