Aryna Sabalenka's time at No. 1 in the WTA rankings just hit triple digits. The four time Grand Slam winner reached 100 weeks on top this week. Only nine other players have crossed that threshold since the WTA implemented its rankings system.
And she's done it without interruption.

Sabalenka hasn't dropped from the No. 1 spot in 92 weeks, a run longer than any player except Steffi Graf, Serena Williams, Martina Navratilova, Ashleigh Barty, and Chris Evert. She also closed out both 2024 and 2025 on top, joining just seven players this century to finish consecutive seasons at No. 1.
Her WTA scores back up the streak. Sabalenka owns 106 match wins as the top-ranked player on the WTA Tour. She went 82-18 across her first 100 matches at No. 1. That run included 11 finals and five titles.
And her best results have come when it matters most. No player besides Serena Williams has appeared in more Grand Slam finals as No. 1 since 2000. This season, Sabalenka swept Indian Wells and Miami, becoming only the second player to do so while holding the top ranking.
At 28, the four-time Grand Slam champion is already in rare company, and her reign at No. 1 shows no signs of slowing.
