No. 10 Baylor stunned No. 1 Texas Saturday night, handing the Longhorns volleyball squad their first loss of the season.
The Bears took out Texas in four sets, winning 25-23, 18-25, 25-20, 32-30 after falling to the Longhorns in straight sets on Friday.
Yossiana Pressley led Baylor, notching 24 kills and hitting .302 on the match. Hannah Sedwick added 41 assists, 13 digs and three aces to the Bears’ win, while Avery Skinner and Lauren Harrison each fired nine kills.

Logan Eggleston finished the night with 23 kills on .309 hitting, but her efforts weren’t enough to dig Texas out of an early deficit.
Next up: Texas will look to get back to their winning ways when they host Oklahoma at Gregory Gym on Thursday and Friday. Baylor will travel to face off against TCU on Friday and Saturday.
