No. 1 Texas volleyball beat No. 10 Baylor in a dominant road win on Friday to remain undefeated on the season. The Longhorns cruised past Baylor, firing ten service aces and out-blocking Baylor nine to two.
Logan Eggleston led the charge for Texas with 13 kills and .393 hitting, while Asjia O’Neal added nine kills on .353 hitting. Brionne Butler also contributed seven kills and six blocks to help the Longhorns to a 25-20, 25-23, 26-24 three-set sweep.
Texas is now 18-0 on the season and 9-0 in conference play. Baylor will have a shot at redemption when the two teams play again on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
