One of Amazon Books editors’ “Best Books of August,” the autobiography details King’s tennis career and her life’s journey “to find her true self,” including acknowledging her sexual identity at the age of 51.
The tennis legend also writes about her activism and ongoing commitment to fairness and social justice in the book.
King is widely regarded as one of the greatest tennis players of all time, having spent six years as the top-ranked woman in the world. She won 20 Wimbledon championships and 39 Grand Slam titles in total and made headlines around the world when she beat Bobby Riggs in the famous “Battle of the Sexes” match.
In July, King and the rest of the Original 9 were inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame for their contributions to the sport.
“All In” is available everywhere now.
